Plastics Products Robinson Plastics creates a wide range of innovative, customised products and industry standards. Some of our custom products have become the standard for a market sector. We customise primarily through innovative design and ergonomics but also through colour, tamper-evidence, sleeving, foil blocking, screen printing and in-mould and post-mould labelling. Many of our customers additionally rely on our technical specialism to provide complex multi-component auto-assembly and small run pack customisation. We work with a varied range of materials which include PP, PET and R-PET, ABS, PE and others. Within Food & Drink our more popular product types include thin-wall containers, lids, closures, plug lids, overcaps and applicators. We produce a broad range of bakery, pudding, dessert and salad bowls. We have standards in Printapots for dry produce and a range of wide mouth closures (wadded), along with spoons, measures, lids and dispensing/ sprinkle lids. Our range of customised products includes tubs, containers, pots, bowls, biscuit boxes, hinged caps, overcaps, measures and sprinklers. Within the Toiletries & Cosmetics market sector we specialise in aerosol actuators, specialist devices, deo sticks, dispensers, pumps, thin and thick wall pots and jars and our moulding capabilities include the use of precision engineering grade materials such as Surlyn, PCTA, PET and acetyl. |
